Viviana currently teaches gentle therapeutic online classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8am PST. Recordings will be made available for two days after. Practice Yoga from anywhere in the world in the comfort of your own space.

Viviana teaches In-Person - Yoga Flow and Stretch - classes at the Downtown Berkeley YMCA. Inquire about booking Viviana for private classes, retreats, or corporate events. Contact Vivian and set a date for a class.

She has a gentle restorative and healing style and creates custom routines that respond to you in the moment. Her background in massage, acupressure, and life and relationship counseling weaves into her Yoga to help you relieve aches and pains, and ease stress and tensions, creating a powerful healing experience.
